If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Pricing is typically customized based on property size and selected modules (PMS, Channel Manager, Stripe payments, Smart TV, POS, etc.).

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORA PMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.
